4 Great Places to Enjoy Mud Bath in Nha Trang, Vietnam
Actually, mud and mineral bath is a service that has been in Vietnam for the long term. Travelers come to Vietnam can experience the service at many places like Binh Chau Hot Spring at Ho Coc – Vung Tau city, Thanh Thuy Hot Spring at Phu Tho province, Kim Boi Hot Spring at Hoa Binh province, My Lam Hot Spring at Tuyen Quang province, or Quang Hanh Hot Spring at Quang Ninh. I will have a post about those hot springs in detail. Nevertheless, there is no place similar to the Nha Trang mud bath and hot springs. For a quite long time, the locals of Nha Trang knew how to combine mud bath, mineral bath, and all the related services to make the whole experience on top, creating resorts to fulfill all the relaxing desires of visitors.
The heat and salty of the mineral springs and the essence from the mud bath will help the mineral content penetrate deeper into the body to stimulate blood circulation, making visitors comfortable, pleasurable, fatigue eliminated, and increased excited. Furthermore, the skin will be smoother, and ruddier.
1. I-resort Nha Trang Hot Springs
Located 4km away from Nha Trang city center, I-resort is established and developed as a high-end travel resort. Here at the resort, they use the available natural resources such as mud or mineral to take care of visitors’ health and beauty.
I-resort has an outstanding architecture by using local materials like coconut leaves, stone, wood. As a result, the resort is pretty much similar to an oasis with a rustic environment which brings to visitors a relaxing and comfortable feeling.
Making the name I-resort mud bath Nha Trang, the place provides a very long list of services to adapt to all the requirements of being beautiful and relaxed. Visitors can enjoy a full day with the hot springs with a VND 150,000 (~$3.5) ticket, or a very premium service with a full combo, which could even fit a family of 4, with a VND 10,000,000 (~$450) ticket.

2. 100 Egg Theme Park
8km away from Nha Trang city center, 100 Egg Theme Park, which is 17ha wide, could impress anyone with its beauty. The park leans on a mountain ridge and has its egg-shaped mud and mineral baths stretching on the hillside.
Specifically, 100 Egg Theme Park has a total of 61 mud, mineral baths, and 49 herbal baths. Each bath is about 2m in height and 1.8m in diameter that can fit 3 people using at the same time. After immersed the body in the bath for about 20 minutes, or a bit longer, visitors can take a sunbathe so the mineral can penetrate into the skin easier. Then finally, having the final clean by the induction mineral-water sprays.

There are one spa and mud bath services right in the center of Nha Trang city, located inside Galina Hotel. This could be one of the main advantages of the place that visitors don’t have to go out of the city center to enjoy the mud bath. Therefore, I leave this as an extra option because of its pros over the others.
Similar to other mud bath destinations, Galina Hotel provides many choices of mud and mineral bath, swimming pool, wet and hot sauna, jacuzzi. Moreover, they even have a gym and a restaurant for a full day of activities inside the area.
