Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré

Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré is a well-known destination located on Quebec, Canada. Actually, I haven’t know about the place before. I fortunately had a chance to visit the basilica as it is on my way going back to Toronto from Quebec, and my uncle intended to visit it for his spiritual worship.
At the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, people come to pray for healthy. Honestly, I’m not a Catholic, I even don’t have a religious, so I don’t really believe absolutely in magical. Nevertheless, in the hall, we can easily see crutches left by people who are recovered as a way to leave their illness at the basilica, my uncle said. Grave is the adjective that I see here.

Outside the church is a big garden which give a more relaxing atmosphere to visitors. If you are a good photographer, you can find a lot of good spot to take beautiful pictures.

IMG_0616 Besides the garden, there are some gift shops where you can find many souvenirs with affordable prices. The gifts are varied from postcards, natural stones, t-shirts, etc.. I have found there some quite nice necklets and bracelets made from natural stones, which I believe it’s good for feng shui.
